SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) — The new home of the San Francisco 49ers is now the most expensive National Football League venue to take a family of four.

Chicago-based Team Marketing Report released its annual Fan Cost Index Thursday, showing indicating families will have to shell out an estimated $641.50 to attend a 49ers game in their new digs at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.

The figure – which takes into account the price of four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks, two beers, two programs, two adult hats, and parking – is a whopping 38 percent increase from the average cost 49ers fans paid in 2013 at Candlestick Park.

The cheapest beer at Levi’s Stadium will cost $10.25 for a 20-ounce brew, second only to Oakland’s O.co Coliseum at $10.75 for the same size.

The most expensive, non-premium ticket in the NFL on average is New England Patriots at $122, followed by the 49ers at $117.  The cheapest non-premium ticket at Levi’s Stadium is $85, with just two seat sections under $100.

The average NFL ticket is $84.43, a 3.5 percent increase from last season.

Six other teams (New York Giants, Dallas, Chicago, New York Jets, Washington and Baltimore) have an average non-premium ticket price of more than $100.

The Oakland Raiders have an average ticket price of $64.80. The cheapest in the NFL is Jacksonville at $57.65.
